(I knew I had a bunch of other food-tabs open that I'd managed to mislay, when I made my other post of this ilk the other week...)

Savoury:

• aubergine kuku
  
• Iranian vegetable stew with dried limes
  
• sundal (snack)
  
• coccoli (... snack?)
  
• corn pudding (side)
  
• bialy babka (bread!) (did a sourdough variant with caramelised onion & leek in Feb 2023, and very tasty it was too, but clearly a different thing to the inspiration)
  

Sweet:

• baked chocolate truffle with pernod figs
