MY TOMATOES ARE CHANGING COLOUR
Jul. 23rd, 2020 11:55 pmI am Very Excited Indeed about this.
Other than that, hmm, let's see. I broke my routine-brain pretty badly this morning: I remembered waking up when A got up to take the car for a service, and when I woke up again some time later was a bit baffled about how groggy and out-of-it I was and a bit concerned I couldn't remember having taken Morning Meds Part II, but I got myself through the shower and in to therapy and only after I reemerged did I realise that the reason I was feeling Like That was that... I had not. I had not in fact got up with A. I had not brushed my teeth or had breakfast or taken any meds at all. It was not, in fact, that I had done those things and then passed out again.
Which: oh dear.
But I sorted it all out, and I went to the allotment where there are also beans and a bell pepper turning purple, and some squash I should probably harvest to eat, and a luffa plant that is going on a GREAT BIG ADVENTURE and has flowers, and some holy basil that was actually going purple at its ends (which we have now eaten, because they were trying to be inflorescences), and we picked another bucket of blackberries.
And then this evening we watched The Old Guard! And I did music practice! And on the whole, in despite of its inauspicious beginnings today has been a Good Day.
