This is the third or fourth time I've contacted them about this over the course of the past few weeks. Or possibly fifth.
The reason I lost it a bit in this e-mail? A customer support representative had responded to my "... um clarify please" e-mail with some boilerplate "were you trying to use the wrong kind of card to pay online?"
