A decided they were and they wanted me to have a new shiny, and it slightly wound up taking like. Three install attempts before it was Functional. Similarly I got A to do some troubleshooting when previous laptop died in case there were things I was missing, and they did the Right I'm Going To Remove The Drive And Tell You That's What I've Done, so I hadn't seen the innards.)
