  1. The intermittent chest pain Thing! is heartburn. Which makes sense of the cluster of relatively-rapidly-resolving symptoms (... which, yeah, does indeed include "nausea" and "burping" along with "pain radiating out along collarbone and down arm"), and the bit where I did manage to positively ID the second episode as acid reflux (on account of I'd managed a chemical burn to my oesophagus the night before and I felt the acid on that) but was otherwise very similar to the first. Mildly underwhelmed given that that the A&E trip got recorded as ???panic attack, which it wasn't, but oh well!
  2. Have perhaps belatedly realised that a thing that would Not Be Helping with the Ongoing plantar fasciopathy is... the probably-a-corn on bottom of my foot, a little way below the little toe. This is an area that also gets Notably Sore with overuse; I imagine it's throwing off the ergonomics even when it's not particularly painful (and even if it's just a callus), so... trying for Aggressively Treating That and seeing if that helps at all.
  3. Relatedly, I fell back off the wagon in terms of doing my leg stretches. Because I'm getting quite a lot of calf-and-hamstring stretch via my forward leans. which is all very well except that... actually as I perfectly well know they also help with the damn feet. So. Let's try picking that back up again.

Emergency Rooms (I think your version of A&E) are useless with chest pain seemingly universally, especially if the patient has a mental health history. I was taken to the ER with thumping chest pain and an elevated heart rate: they declared it a panic attack, gave me a xanax and sent me home. As it turned out, I was experiencing a drug interaction and my doctor was FURIOUS that I wasn't kept for observation. If you've got any mental health issues whatsoever, it's ALWAYS a panic attacks.
