Reading. Tiiiiiny bit more of Otherlands (Thomas Halliday), feat. hyraxes in addition to other excellent descriptions.

I have also been making a concerted effort to catch up at least a bit with Dreamwidth before E2, having stalled on reading over the course of E1; at present I am only (...) three and a half weeks behind...

Watching. Another episode of Farscape -- PK Tech Girl. This was. um. I... am not even sure the problem is Are Heterosexuals Okay? But it was extremely the kind of thing that has me... asking that question. (I will grudgingly concede that the affectionate eyebrow nibbling is relatable, but it is quite possibly the only bit of that entire... situation... that was.)

Listening. A nudged me into finally getting around to acquiring the new Frank Turner album. Have I listened to it? hahahahahaha. Do Not Even Mention how many of Matt Fishel's single releases I'm behind by.

Cooking. New: a recipe from the second smitten kitchen cookbook, every day, grandly titled carrot salad with tahini, crisped chickpeas, and salted pistachios. I did not realise until the following morning that what I had in fact made was deconstructed houmous and carrot sticks. But it very much was deconstructed houmous and carrot sticks. Probably I will not be making this again.

I have also converted most of the contents of the veg box into bibimbap, including the spring greens, which: hurrah.

Eating. Mooore asparagus.

Creating. Further additions and tweaks to the arrow sigils catalogue in advance of E2.

Growing. I... managed some weeding? Leaving the house continues hard.

Observing. SURPRISE DUCKLINGS; misc other waterfowl.
