See I got a bundle of thyme for 10p in the shops yesterday and am trying to work out what ridiculous ways of using it up are available :-)

(Gluten-free pastry is not a thing I have experimented with much. Clearly I should.)

Oh, in that case, go for it! Can't you make syrup with herbs like that too? I have no clue about that though, really.
