Cinnamon almond frangipane, thyme pastry, plum. Yes or no?

I think yes, my one worry is that the thyme and cinnamon would clash somehow (I like both a lot, but have not had them together). Would definitely count as a worthwhile experiment,

I would be slightly concerned about the cinnamon and the thyme clashing? They both seem like 'big' flavours, if that makes sense.

Yes to cinnamon and almond and plum. I think, hesitantly, yes to thyme and plum. But I am unsure about cinnamon and thyme.

How do you feel about cardamon pastry?

I vote YUM, although it would probably contain gluten and thus be unsuitable for consumption by me. Also, maybe basil instead of thyme. Or else you need to do a scientific experiment and make two -- one with thyme, one with basil.

I think yes (but then, I'm game to try that sort of thing at least once every time, so.)
