(I have been asked about this elseweb and want a static place to link to!)
On the left-hand page: physio and exercise. In general three diagonal lines = Did The Thing, one diagonal line = Did A Little Of The Thing, and star = Gold Star, Did Extra Bonus Thing.
On the right-hand page:
- diagonal lines are time I spent asleep
- small stippling is time I spent in bed but not managing to sleep (which I only bother with for Actual Overnight Bedtime because for various reasons I want to be much better about being in bed at a reasonable time)
- numbers are the Bristol stool scale
- filled circles are meals, empty circles are snacks (started tracking a few days into this month because I'm trying to get a grip on how food intake correlates with migraine symptom severity)

Prioritising it above pretty much everything else, mostly, and also keeping the book open next to me ALL THE DAMN TIME -- & as we have discussed previously this does sometimes lead to Hours Of Unproductive Stuck...
(I swap to Colour Of The Day at breakfast. Pen roll lives by table; A makes me eat breakfast at a reasonable time; quite a lot of the physio needs me to be sat at that table and I've got it all chained in a particular order so I just... don't get up.)
(Also as I think we have discussed I find the Rainbow Patterns Chart very motivating...)
