On the left-hand page: physio and exercise. In general three diagonal lines = Did The Thing, one diagonal line = Did A Little Of The Thing, and star = Gold Star, Did Extra Bonus Thing.

On the right-hand page:

• diagonal lines are time I spent asleep
• small stippling is time I spent in bed but not managing to sleep (which I only bother with for Actual Overnight Bedtime because for various reasons I want to be much better about being in bed at a reasonable time)
• numbers are the Bristol stool scale
• filled circles are meals, empty circles are snacks (started tracking a few days into this month because I'm trying to get a grip on how food intake correlates with migraine symptom severity)
