• ... apart from the bit where I failed to brain Any Things while A was booking the van, so went Oh A Small Will Be Fine instead of paying the tenner to upgrade to medium, so a job that should have taken 4 hours tops... wound up taking more like 8, and also one of the side panels needs reconstructing or replacing
  
• but I caught up on another week of June DW while sat on the grass babysitting the panels that wouldn't fit in the van while A (stoically, patiently, magnificently) Unfucked The Situation (by acquiring ratchet straps and more tools and such)
  
• a squash has finally hatched (fingers crossed for the rest of them)
  
• also we have seen many excellent critters, including swifts and, down by the allotments, a tree sparrow (I think)
  
• flomp.

Swifts are fun. Did a gliding course years ago and they were constantly flying in and out of the hangar.

Allotment! I want somewhere to keep things that aren't growing that isn't the greenhouse...
