I'm not so good on specific (memory disorder) but from all I know and have seen of you, You are one of those great people in the World who Helps. You reach out and you try to fix then, or provide tools to do so.

You! I love seeing how you are growing your family, and how you are doing it your way despite e.g. school making it hard for you. I love seeing your family photos, and seeing Anime Eyes grow. I love how thoughtful you are about adoption, and Anime Eyes' bio family, and how you talk about your life. I love how you've changed disciplines, and how you talk about your work. You're one of the people I've known longest on this thing, and I love seeing you grow up into your adult self across the ocean from me doing the same.

Aaaaaaaah, you! You are one of my very favourite people. You're brave, and determined, and you persevere, even when it's so very difficult; you make me laugh (with you!). To me, you embody that quote about being yourself in a world that's constantly trying to turn you into something else.

I so very much enjoy hearing about how you're teasing out the tangles in your brain, and feel privileged to read your counselling log entries.

I'm humbled and so very grateful for all the assistance and guidance you've given me and the expertise you've shared, particularly re: disability stuff. I value it so, so much. When I was horrified and trying hard not to believe that I had to get the hell out of that marriage, the way you 'saw' me, and understood what I was saying (and not saying), and what I was and was not ready to hear -- that was one of the key things that helped me be brave enough to get out.
