This delight, ladies gents and everyone else, is the shaved ice dessert I have just grumpily pulled out of a food processor by myself because everyone else was too busy comparing terrifyingly complex family tree structures/referents among themselves.

It contains:

• shaved ice (well, sort of)
  
• pandan essence (hence the BRIGHT GREEN)
  
• coconut cream
  
• condensed milk
  
• red bean paste
  
• tapioca pearls (boba)

... and it is delicious.

SHAVED IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE :D :D :D :D :D ♥ Things to try if you decide to do a next round: toss in some canned or fresh fruit (lychee! pineapple! MANGO!), cooked green beans or red beans (can be sweetened or not). (Taro balls, mochi, etc. are prob too much effort if you can't find somewhere to buy them... but I'm a fairly lazy cook.)
