[migraine] hmm

Pressure by itself is not a migraine trigger for me. However, given the combination of today's weather and how bad my head has been, I suspect that it can make things worse, and we're not even in a named storm at the moment as I understand it...

I get migraine wonkiness 48 hours from a storm - as far as I can tell it's not the weather change itself, it's more like "somewhere, in some distant place, there was a change in the pressure." (but it is pretty reliable to 48 hours before it arrives here.)

Our weather patterns, quite different than yours, but it does mean I have learned to take some precautionary steps around avoiding other triggers when I know that's more likely to happen. (More sleep, more attention to noise trigger exposure, etc.)
