Thank you. I wrote down a few words about Elstar right after eating it, and then turned them into actual sentences when I got home. But that's a process that involves a smartphone and Evernote, and probably works better with apples than with something as juicy as a good ripe tomato.

I would be happy to see this unscreened, and to have my thread here unscreened in general.
