Given it's not really curved enough to 100% meet my needs (like, 75% drastically depending on the day), and (depending on if-and-how-much I recover physically from current crisis state) I'll be using it most of the time, seems like splurging on a new one and going to a supplier with one of their sizing kits is the best bet.
