Oof, I am glad that you are short-term safe, but yeah, that sounds... rough. Completely understand about the rather-just-spend-savings; as I say, if it turns out not to work for you, it should be trivially possible to sell the thing without appreciable reduction in value, so.

HA re POTS. Common comorbidities rep-re-SENT. Glad to have been useful. :-)

TiLite TRs are *fab* -- everyone I know who's got one of those or the ZR series is v happy with it. The weight differences... really are a big deal.

Folding back absolutely should not be a problem! Doesn't cause any of the lateral rigidity problems that lateral folding does; I actually tend to think that back folding is a positive, because it means you can make the thing shorter (VERY USEFUL for putting in cars). Plus it's much easier to get folding backs to lock than to get locking working with lateral folding, so there shouldn't be any problems there!

Good luck with trying it out and with going ahead -- I look forward to hearing more about it, and I hope it's good for you!

I've granted you access and subscribed; happy for you to reciprocate as much as you're interested in :-) Having a bit of a wobbly patch brain-wise at the moment, and straight-up social interaction is always more difficult than I Am Infodumping/I Have A Role To Play, so please please please don't think it's you, or that you've done anything wrong, if I'm less good at responding/engaging with social stuff -- I am interested!
