• PHQ-9 scores in the low 20s for about a month - we need to do something about this
  
• is my vitD obviously wrong?
  
• if yes, obviously I want to resume supplementation, but what can we do to work out whether I'm failing to absorb or store it correctly and if anything else is wrong?
  
• if no, what are next steps? swapping antidepressant?


• in any case I'm taking an interruption of studies and would quite like a medical certificate describing me as Officially Sick, the better to apply for ESA
  
• should I have heard back re CBT yet?
  
• Iff time, my toe is still a disaster - last round of antibax didn't fix it
